Alvaro Romero
Economist
Álvaro Romero has been an economist in the area of Regulation and Public Policies in the Financial Systems and Regulation unit of BBVA Research since October 2017.
He had previously done a one-year internship in the same department. He has a Master’s Degree in International Finance from the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts (IEAF-FEF) and a Degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). His final projects for his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree were on: Analysis of the Spanish Insurance Market and Asset Allocation: Portfolios for prof.
Currently he is studying to become a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).
