He is the Senior Product Manager in the Savings Culture Squad at BBVA Mexico and he has previously performed different roles within BBVA’s Financial Education area, designing and implementing strategies to improve people’s financial health.
He has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and his career has included work as a consultant in public policy evaluation for bodies such as the ECLAC, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of the Economy. He was Deputy Directorate of Project Evaluation at the Ministry of the Economy of the Federal Government and he has worked as a researcher into science, technology and innovation at the Scientific and Technological Advisory Forum (FCCyT).
During his academic career, he has worked as a professor at the UNAM’s Faculty of Economics since 2003 and contributed to different publications.
