Hamza Jebari Serroukh joined the Regulation and Internal Control team's Regulation Unit in October 2019.

Between 2018 and 2019, he formed part of the British Lawfirm Watson Farley & Williams as a trainee in the Banking & Finance and Public Law departments.

In 2017, he graduated summa cum laude in Law and Economics from Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC). In 2019, he earned his master's in Access to Law Practice and master's in Law of the Regulated Sectors, specializing in banking and finance, from the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M)
