Rosa Gómez is currently Principal Economist of Financial Systems and Regulation at BBVA Research.

She works at BBVA since 1995 (Market Risks department and GA&IM). In 1988 she joined the Research Department of Bank of Spain and later the Research Department of BHE.

She graduated in Quantitative Economics from Universidad del País Vasco and specialized on Financial Economics in Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.  She has extensive teaching experience (masters, seminars, internal training).
