Not for any lack of foreknowledge, the 'implementation day' of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (aka: the nuclear agreement with Iran) is making little impact. This is in spite of the fact that the news has coincided with falling oil prices, that will give less relief than was initially expected to Iran's delicate economic situation.
