In March 2016 the balance of outstanding credit granted by commercial banks to the private sector grew at a nominal annual rate of 14.0% (11.1% real), which meant a decrease of 2.2 percentage points compared to the observed rate of February 2016, though still above the observed in March 2015 (10.1%)
