Esther Díaz currently works as an Agile Coach at BBVA Research. She works in Portfolio Management & Continuous Improvement area where she contributes to developing Agile Macroeconomics, Financial Systems, Digital Economy and Modelling projects with the members of Research.

In 2007 she joined BBVA, becoming part of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) area. Later she would become part of CIB Engineering. She led software project in both departments, first as project lead and later as Scrum Master.

She previously worked for the consulting company Management Solutions on technological projects related to the financial sector.

Esther graduated in Computer Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid [Technical University of Madrid] (2005) and holds an Executive Master in Quantitative Finance from AFI – Analistas Financieros Internacionales (2012).
