Europe Economic Outlook. Third Quarter 2010

The main risk to the European outlook is still coming from financial markets. There have been some progresses with the publication of stress tests, although bank restructuring is far from complete. After the good performance in the first two quarters of 2010, we expect a slowdown in activity during the second half and mild growth in 2011.
