India Flash: WPI inflation rises on higher food prices, while core holds steady
India’s wholesale price inflation edged up by more than expected in April, to 7.2% y/y (BBVA: 7.0%, Consensus: 6.7%) from 6.9% in the previous month driven by higher food prices.
