Spain | The good start of the year in housing market is moderating

Summary

In February home sales and building permits showed a lower growth rate compared to January. Nevertheless, in the first two months of the year both variables showed greater dynamism than in the same period of 2015. The flow of new credit rose again after the stagnation observed in January.
