The internet and mobile phone penetration are taking giant steps forwards. The conditions of demand and supply are such that the internet and digital banking use will continue to grow. We estimate that over the next 10 years the number of users of digital banking will rise from 1.9 to 15.6 million people, reaching a coverage of 13.5 % of the total population.
