Latam Daily Flash: Mexican GDP surprised to the downside in 4Q13 which implies the lowest YoY growth since 2009

In 4Q13 the Mexican economy expanded 0.2% QoQ, below our expectations, and only expanded 1.1% in annual terms in the full year.
