  • Large exposures: strengthening of the Connected Counterparties framework, and adjustments to the Large Exposures limits.
  • Open Market Operations: Banxico enhances governance and incorporates securities denominated in foreign currency.
  • Banxico proposes significant amendments to the regulation of Credit Information Companies (credit bureaus), including, among other things, the elimination of records for low-value transactions and changes related to the provision of credit file lock and alert services.
