Mexico | In June, credit to the private sector grew 12.8% driven by credit to companies

According to data from Banco de Mexico, in June 2018 the annual nominal rate of growth in the balance of the portfolio of credit granted to the private sector by commercial banks was 12.8% (7.8% in real terms). This growth rate was slightly higher than that of the previous month (12.6%), while it was lower than the rate observed in the same month of 2017 (13.7%).
