Spain Economic Outlook. Fourth Quarter 2011
- Global growth slows and risks hamper expectations. - The Spanish economy continues to struggle with increasing chances of dipping back into recession. - Regional growth rates should remain mixed. - Recovery depends both on Europe effectively implementing the decisions reached recently and on Spain meeting its commitments and carrying out the necessary reforms.
