Russia generated yesterday airstrikes in Homs and Latakia. US Secretary of Defense told that it seems the Russian airstrikes did not target ISIS, but the rebel town of Talbisah and al-Nusra territory. Today, Russian aerial operations hit Jisr al-Shughour.
